Roberts and scuttling the ACA.


Being that until one is effected by a tax it cannot be challenged in court one could see that Roberts decision and the language he used makes it possible to see another suit brought against the ACA. It also paints the image of Roberts essentially holding the ACA hostage, if he casts a dissenting vote it's finished and he has to contend with an image of the court he wanted to avoid, if he rules in favor, then gets to basically rewrite the most contentious portion of the ACA.

Do you think there will be a new lawsuit once the "tax" is imposed per se?
