DIA has been incredibly quiet throughout this whole thing
It was DIA that took out Flynn (he used to run it, and he poisoned the well, and it cost him)
CIA and NSA have been having a kind of terrifying turf war since Snowden, and CIA has largely come out on top. But DIA seems to be leaning more towards Ft. Meade now, at least from what I can see.
I'm really, really curious what the clandestine service Hunger Games is like right now, and I can only extrapolate from my time in, but I think DIA is the place to look right now (it doesn't help that they are famously the "quietest" of the intelligence services).
