Then again the Paul Weiss investigation brought down Ailes who was considerably more powerful than Billo.

I lean toward he returns and then could be in jeapordy if the law firms investigation gets ugly for him. Given what's been revealed about Billo's character so far it could be a tip of the iceberg situation.

Instead, it's the latest in a very long line of costly sexual harassment scandals that Fox has faced in the past year, Advertisers are dropping like flies and the fact that his behavior has become public knowledge makes him a serious liability to the company when they face similar claims in the future if they keep him.
