It looks like the two Murdoch sons are in opposite camps so it could come down to the old man and I have to think he'd come down in O'Reilly's camp since he's a pig as well.

Then again the Paul Weiss investigation brought down Ailes who was considerably more powerful than Billo.

I lean toward he returns and then could be in jeapordy if the law firms investigation gets ugly for him. Given what's been revealed about Billo's character so far it could be a tip of the iceberg situation.

The purpose of shows like his are to mold public opinion, not make a profit. The real profit comes from the heinous legislation the viewers insist their congressmen pass.

that there is a vast sum of money that would put right-wing hosts on radio and television for free or at least would eat their costs.

The reality is, when Glenn Beck lost his advertisers on FNC, he was gone pretty shortly after that, hence the new network he started called "The Blaze".

At least Roger would have.

Maybe not a loss, just less, dont know.

Those who have no restrictions voting in those important states. They couldn't get rid of Ru Ki balls but owrongily is a more well groomed mouthpiece for right wing ideology. He'll be subsidized by the alt right world.

His only value then would be if he REALLY helps as a lead in for others. I do not know if he is that much a superstar at this point.

he will be crippled if he comes back to a job where his bosses were fighting about whether to fire him or not.

And he has no advertisers. They keep him because he makes them money, if he stops doing that....he'll be gone.

Had this occurred in a vacuum, O'reilly would be back to work tomorrow. Instead, it's the latest in a very long line of costly sexual harassment scandals that Fox has faced in the past year, Advertisers are dropping like flies and the fact that his behavior has become public knowledge makes him a serious liability to the company when they face similar claims in the future if they keep him.
