No, the media did not identify the wrong David Dao as United's passenger

No, the news media did not get the wrong David Dao.

Angry allegations have been flying across social media on Wednesday, charging that local and national news outlets misidentified Dao, an Elizabethtown, Ky., physician, as the passenger that security dragged off a United Airlines flight on Sunday.

perpetrated by the press apparently. On DU, no less.

BTW, did the media find any pics of Dr Dao flipping the bird on social media? That's grounds for justifiable homicide right there.

To me, these sorts of people are not liberal or progressive and really should be much more at home elsewhere.

Even murderers have civil rights. Dr. Dao's civil rights were violated. End of story.

Looking at it from the other side, if he was some saint that cured thousands, that wouldn't be relevant either,
but yet in either circumstance, it's somehow going to be reported on.
