How long before Romney comes out to correct his statement ??


Where he agreed with Obama that the mandate was not a tax? He said it was a fee or a penalty.

This could be a very big distinction if the Repubs win the Senate. It could determine whether or not it is repealed with a simple majority or the required two-thirds vote.

Of course, if Romney were elected, he would have little problem flipping on this issue, as we well know.

But it was surprising that he came out in agreement that it was not a "tax"...
