When a bomb of this magnitude is dropped is there accountability? Will we know about unintended

civilian deaths or the deaths of children or the death of livestock/animals or the eradication of something historic?

Just wondering if there is any follow-up that will be made public (and can we trust the veracity of the "follow-up"?).

The US has had, and used, "bunkerbusters" for quite some time. It appears that trump wanted to play badass.

And I suspect ISIS would build a major base in a pretty remote area for obvious security concerns.
