No seriously, he's keeping you off balance. Eventually the Skinner trick will work and people will be reluctant to believe anything he tweets (and, more specifically and strategically, any presumptive reporting, 'leaks', et al). Then he'll use it against them, either directly (less likely) or by constant application of the 'off-foot' manuever.
But even more seriously, expecting honesty on Twitter. LOL. A place where FULLY half the accounts are completely, totally fake. Why people do this is completely beyond me.
