Meaning the tallies have to be off and election fraud occurred. I don't think just falling for fake news would constitute a special election.

The evidence is in writing FFS!

He is definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing and I believe most Republicans are who holding office today are with the possible exception of Susan Collins, though I admit I don't really know much about her.

Unfortunately, the PTB won't see it that way, but the election WAS stolen and should go to the rightful winner.

Every single last god damn one of them is in on this. From the president to the pundits, they're all guilty. And an independent investigator would confirm this. It doesn't take a constitutional scholar to figure that out.

Should be able to nullify gorsuch as well. I guess contingency plans for this sort of thing were not foreseen by the writers of the constitution!

Each state has it's own election rules on top of federal elections laws. If they broke them or federal laws then certifying a tally doesn't mean anything anymore. The laws were broken, impeachment doesn't need to take place because Trump would not be the actual president. Unless your goal would be to impeach Hillary.

Just a few days before he left office, former President Obama addressed the issue of the 2016 election results, making it clear that an audit showed no vote totals had been changed, despite the efforts of the Russians to influence the election:

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration said on Friday that despite Russian attempts to undermine the presidential election, it has concluded that the results “accurately reflect the will of the American people.”

So there is no legal avenue by which to install Hillary Clinton in Trump's place due to the voting results being compromised.

The option of Trump being forced to resign or face impeachment would automatically move Pence into the Oval Office.
