(368 posts)He was acquitted of a double murder but was still serving a life sentence for another murder.
It's sad that someone died at his hands and also sad how he threw everything away when he had a lot of potential in a sport that he loved and could have had a nice life. He could be a Superbowl champion right now and a role model for kids everywhere but instead he's a murderer, role model to no one, and now dead.

If his family/estate/etc. wanted to continue the appeal to alter his conviction post mortem, can they proceed?

(4,510 posts)And there is little doubt that he was guilty of Odin's murder. His best hope for an appeal was some sort of technicality.
