I think there has been a lot of damage done since 2000, and undoing it may prove impossible. We've had three stellar candidates (Gore, Kerry, Hillary) who have been skewered by Fox News and kicked to the curb by our own party. O'Reilly will retire rich and just be a footnote, while those of us who depend on things like a social safety net will continue to struggle and worry about things that used to be a given - like Social Security and Medicare - before Fox News changed the landscape.

Let alone lose their top asshat. They are slowly but surely being painted it a corner and eventually the court of public opinion will roll their eyes anytime they see anything fox. Don't give up now

the DeVos thing, nothing, nothing, nothing ever turns out right. Bill O'Reilly being fired is not going to save my Social Security, make housing affordable, and keep Medicare in place.

before this - they NEVER got their comeuppance!

They NEVER slithered away with their tails between their legs, rich and powerful men were NEVER punished for sexual harassment, they NEVER lost their jobs because of it, politicians NEVER gave up their cushy positions because their careers were tainted by corruption.

Things are finally starting to change I think. People are finally starting to notice that, collectively, The Emperor (the Republicans, the Rich, the Religious fanatics, etc) Have No Clothes. Maybe people are finally starting to wake up. Their power is finally being challenged for once and that gives me hope and the courage to go on fighting.

We STILL have ObamaCare, Trump lost his fight on that.

everything Trump touched he has screwed up big time, so far.

the FBI, plus New York State, has mountains of evidence not only against Trump/Russia/treason, but against Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. So that will take care of the Tea/Freedom party or what ever they are calling themselves this week.
When they go, Rubio, Cruz and etc will still be fighting amongst themselves. The Republican Party has shown nothing but incompetence in actually running a gov't.
Alex Jones is in deep legal trouble, which he deserves for palling around with that crazy flying monkey boy Roger Stone.
They are bluster and noise, but cannot stand against determined opposition, cause they are venal as well and the law has a long arm.

All this, less than 100 days since the Inauguration........ Imagine what can happen in the next 30 days.
