House plan for passing Health Care bill heard on Morning Joe

Much discussion of Trumps claim that Health Care bill is alive and well and will pass next week. Everyone on the panel was contributing their two cents and no one thought that it's possible to get any bill through Congress anytime soon. Well reporter Robert Costa said that he's heard on the Hill that the plan is to rush and get a bill through (any bill it seems like) to the Senate next week, and then the House is done. Their plan is, when it stalls in the Senate, as they know it will, to blame the Democrats for stopping the repeal of Obamacare, and that is what they will run on in 2018. With NO bill passed the GOP thinks they would look incompetent because they couldn't even get a bill out of the House. This way they can at least say they held up their end of the deal and blame the Dems.

Joe didn't think it would work, but that's all they've got for now and that's what they're going to run with. Trump and Ryan's House will be able to say that we passed a bill in the first 100 days and the Dems (not the Senate) are the obstructionists.

Everyone needs to call their Congressman and let them know that the cat is out of the bag and we are not going to let them get away with their bullshit. We know it, and their constituents will know it.

do the Dems know this.

But more importantly, what are they going to do about it? I'm not expecting a 'pre-emptive' strike by them because I'll probably be disappointed.
