... polls out Sunday show Americans are largely dissatisfied with Trump’s presidency: 40 percent approve compared to 54 percent disapprove, according to the NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

And a similar margin of 42 percent approve /53 percent disapprove, a new ABC News/Washington Post poll shows.

That’s much lower for past presidents who enjoyed on average 69 percent approval versus 19 percent disapproval since 1945 ...
