Churchill on Trump, Putin, tigers, and dictators

Chinese proverb - 'He who rides a tiger is afraid to dismount.'
Churchill apparently quoted this proverb in While England Slept. He
applied this to the then world dictators and concluded - 'And
the tigers are hungry.'

A thought to ponder with Brexit and French, German, and US elections!!
