If someone is hurt on the job, then the employer (via Workman's Comp) should pay for the healthcare, not the employee.

Maybe it will help reduce costs and premiums but I haven't heard anything about that either.

I suppose if we can show that it will help save employers money by cutting these costs it would make for a pretty good talking point.

If you provide crappy scaffolding and your employee breaks a leg when it falls - that's your insurance and your copayment - not theirs.
