3. One thing I though was very odd - percentage wise, the number of non-elderly w/

pre-existing conditions in some of the most liberal blue states was highest and the number in many of the red states was lowest. I am wondering if that is because those with chronic illnesses in red states die off earlier due to sub-standard health care.
