So the only thing the MSM cares about is that Robert's changed his mind. They do not care about

Informing people what the aca is about, in fact they still never challenge the misrepresentations about it

Much of the problems we have today I lay at the feet of the MSM

There willful avoidance of reporting the new is what led us into Iraq, and was responsible for the financial meltdown

I suspect he didn't change his mind. If you look at the case law he cited you would see he was citing cases that go way back. That to me tells me he had his mind made up from the beginning.

And case law makes up your mind for you. When you have case law to go by, your mind is not left with making up your mind because it is already made up by the case law. Your decision is already made up another words. So I don't see Roberts having case law to go by from the start and then not having his mind set.

NPR and NY Times. Both of them have been working overtime to explain ACA, as complex as it is.
