(8,582 posts)I suspect he didn't change his mind. If you look at the case law he cited you would see he was citing cases that go way back. That to me tells me he had his mind made up from the beginning.

(8,582 posts)And case law makes up your mind for you. When you have case law to go by, your mind is not left with making up your mind because it is already made up by the case law. Your decision is already made up another words. So I don't see Roberts having case law to go by from the start and then not having his mind set.
