A selling point of our federal system, if I have ever seen one -- a party may control both houses of Congress and the executive branch, but they're unlikely to control all the states.

(6,110 posts)There is really no telling what might be going on until it happens with grand juries. I would expect indictments of several people at the same time.

(21,786 posts)my money's on Roger Stone, Paul Manafort and Carter Page being named, if those grand juries return true bills; not Trump, not at this stage (remains to be seen if Trump's campaign staff/"advisors" take the fall, or if they roll over). Assuming of course there's anything to this "grand jury" thing.
