It would, however, be an epic double-reverse-troll if the poster was intended to troll Trump supporters into showing up and wondering where their money and lunch are, but I have the feeling it is just as likely to attract Trump detractors looking to have some fun with what they assume to be someone organizing Trump supporters.

But there's really no way to know.

First of all, what doctors, lawyers and politicians would stoop so low to give up what they make for a paltry $15 an hour and secondly, I highly doubt there are that many trump voters who have those professions.
