Can the FBI secure Trump's tax records in their investigation?

I know Comey did not want to answer Franken's question about Trump's taxes - but in reality can the FBI get access to them?

If there is a possibility that they can get access to Trump's taxes - If I were Trump I'd be really freaked right now.
