If this replacement is so great why did Congress exempt themselves from it? Your preexisting conditions aren't allowed but theirs are?

Faux News and Lumpball has half the country under the impression that only minorities will be affected in any way - minorities and others who for some reason or another "don't deserve health care."
We've all met at least a few of these people ("why do I have to pay for their Medicare?"
