I have a constant level of anger. And anxiety since November 9th. But today, my anger level is really off the charts.

The Republicans are such smarmy, lying, greedy, mean, worthless people. They lack humanity. They lack charity. They lack empathy. They lack
concern for the greater good. All they care about is money, money, money, and oh, boy, let's show that black guy that the white guys are now in charge. They are racist, misogynistic scum. I have zero use for them.

I had to sit and watch my hummingbird feeder late this afternoon to try to calm myself down and turn my mind away from the disgust I feel today.

4. Yeah, I took my dog to the park and just sat with him in the grass.

And I wished I was a dog.
