Question: If This Anti-Healthcare Bill Gives States A Waiver To Opt Out Of Insurance Mandates...

If this bill gives State governments a waiver to opt out of health insurance mandates.....do you think this will FINALLY give people INCENTIVE to turn out to vote for Democrats in STATE GOVERNMENTS?

I know, it's not Law yet, but if the Federal GOP give States the right to throw people off health insurance for pre-existing conditions etc., wouldn't this finally give voters an incentive to vote Democrat in gubernatorial races, and State legislatures?

That's important because the next CENSUS is coming up in 2020, which means that whomever is in charge of a State government in 2020 is going to get to RE-DRAW the CONGRESSIONAL RIDINGS. The reason why Democrats can get two million more votes than Republicans in House races, and STILL have fewer seats is because Republican State governments gerrymandered the congressional ridings after their 2010 tidal wave, followed by the 2010 Census.
