But if there is no evidence for god -- BTW, there isn't -- why call the Higgs the god particle? It's a fucking boson, a carrier of a force, like the photon, or a gluon, or a W or a Z. This one gives mass to all of nature's wonders. That's what it does. Nothing more; nothing less.

God just doesn't enter into the equation. So why even bring her up?

It won't stop the media from calling it the god particle because they are basically numb nuts who wouldn't know a boson from a Fermion if they were hit on the head with one, which they are.

Sigh!
