Call Call Call and talk to someone. Push their patriotism and love and duty, and that this is above Party.

Try your GOP Reps, too, but I think we have more of a chance with the Senators tbh.

3. Rubio is probably a lost cause, but I will be trying

My Rep is a Dem, but quite a few GOP FL Reps, esp in SOFL, are not wingnuts, and I will call them.

A friend is in NC, and is ex military, and Burr is "troubled," and she is actually driving to one of his offices tomorrow.

If you're old enough to remember Watergate, invoke (sadly ) the specter of the beating the Republican party took in 1974 and 1976 when the public perception was that it was enabling Nixon's outrages.

And, make sure you call their local offices as well as the D.C. ones! Some experts have said that calls to the former get special attention.
