We are vulnerable because of our norms...

The biggest thing I've learned in the last year or so is how many things we take for granted and assume they are part of the law but are really just social norms.

Taxes, firings etc.. Etc...

Is it possible to codify these in the future or do we have to assume that anything that isn't explicitly illegal is fair game?

1. Codification is only of value when the word of 'law' is respected..

IOW...
45 has zero respect for the laws of the country

unless he can utilize them to seek revenge on someone...


So implicit, explicit, codified, legal, illegal...
felonies, misdemeanors ....

It's all fair game...

no set rules ... that way he always wins
