National Intelligence James Clapper said Sunday that he thinks US institutions are under assault from President Donald Trump.

"I think in many ways our institutions are under assault both externally -- and that's the big news here is the Russian interference in our election system -- and I think as well our institutions are under assault internally," Clapper told anchor Jake Tapper on CNN's "State of the Union."

are busily sabotaging the structures of our government from within. Like malignant mechanics stripping the innards from a car they've been given to work on. For right-wing leaders, destroying the federal government has become a wealth-serving ideology. By now, for everyone this should be like Clapper's announcing it was May. Well, yes? And?

The plan of those controlling the GOP is to eliminate anywhere from by far most to almost all federal and state taxation and regulation--depending on how extreme the individual is. Erasing the New Deal and Fair Deal is only part of it. They intend to restyle the Constitution to make most taxation and progressive government actions illegal.
It's not a secret.

This is a recent on-Mayer article, but other of her own writings shed more light on the ultraconservative and radical anti-government fervor driving this.
