Which foreign intelligence agency told the NSA about the laptop bombs?

Jordan? Mossad? Who was burned?
I thought I heard a BBC commentator in the middle of the night here, on the Newsday Show, say it likely was the Jordanians, but I can't find an online source.

The WAPO knew it but didn't report it but it would be easy for the Russians to figure out. nycbos May 2017 #1
