So let me get this straight, Trump can hand over classified information to Russian spies anytime

he chooses to, but can't release his tax returns due to an "audit."

The IRS said people under audit can release their tax info if they want to.

So, I know this is a shocker,
Trump's just lying about not being able to release his tax info.
