During the american revolution, if someone told George Washington that Benedict Arnold one day would hand over West Point and join the British. Washington would have said, Impossible.
At the beginning of the civil war, People from nearby towns brought their families and picnic baskets to watch the "show". They did not have a clue. If you told them 4 years later 600,000 americans would be dead. They would have said, Impossible.
In 1930s germany, the german people were living through a horrible great depression. Millions of them blindly followed what sounded good. They completely ignored the history of the person saying it. They completely ignored the mental condition of the person saying it. Sound familiar? If you told them hitler would start WWII and murder 6 million jews. They would have said, Impossible.
Things are very abnormal right now. Trump is very abnormal. He suffers from dangerous mental conditions. As his presidency unravels and the investigations close in on him. Trump may do the Impossible. It is going to be difficult to impeach trump. You can't predict if he will resign because of his mental conditions.
I believe trump sees the investigations as a attack on the country itself. Not just a attack on himself. In trumps sick mind he never does anything wrong and never makes mistakes. When these things happen he sees it as a attack. It must be destroyed.
I can see trump doing the impossible like attempting to impose martial law. Impossible?
