With rape-case successfully sabotaged, Assange says he's the real victim here.

Assange was charged with two accounts of what is nowadays known as "stealthing": Having sex without a condom while the woman thinks that you do wear a condom. The charge was not actually "rape": Swedish law has another sex-crime charge between "sexual assault" and "rape".
Assange holed up and without a possibility to question him, and considering the time passed, the case has been declared dead.
Now Assange declares himself the victim and calls his 7 years on the run from law-enforcement "imprisonment".
He laments that his name was slandered. (Yeah, being an accused rapist on the run from law-enforcement does have the side-effect of ruining your reputation.)
He now wants to sue Sweden for redress.
