I hope they get his pension with jail time. There are others and the goods on Flynn are already known. He will be joined by others and will someday want to tell his "story". A good old "pardon" does not help when you are a broke treasonous POS.

4. How can he "decline" a subpoena?

Not a lawyer, but I thought a subpoena was one of those things that you couldn't decline. You could show up and then invoke your 5th amendment rights, but you have to show up. Any clarification would be appreciated.

but first you have to show up. If he doesn't show up, that's contempt of congress.

Thank-you. Invoking the 5th is his right, but he has to show up to invoke it. I could be wrong, and I haven't heard him speak about it, it just sounded like he was going to blow Congress off.

was they asked him for some documents and he's asserted his fifth amendment rights as a reason he refuses to do it. Not really sure what happens in that case but I would think it's still contempt of congress.
