Not only is Trump, his campaign, his WH, GOP House and Senate members in legal jeopardy but Comey is as well. Comey's jeopardy can be gathered from a careful reading of Rosenstein's internal memo which focused on failure to follow standard DOJ policies governing pending investigations, failure to act as directed by the chain of command, and lying under oath on May 4th while testifying before Senate Judiciary committee.

While Comey has been forthcoming about his Trump memos from Jan 2017 and forward, he has said nothing about any memos he may have drafted between March 2016 and November 2016.

I doubt Comey will testify before any Senate committee. i just don't see it.
