Americans are gradually adapting to the coup.

They are accepting more and more abnormalities in their government with each passing day.

They are now entering the fifth and final stage of grief: acceptance.

"The five stages, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost. They are tools to help us frame and identify what we may be feeling. But they are not stops on some linear timeline in grief."

When you have stories that would independently on their own sink any other presidency literally following each other night after night after night, it all becomes overwhelming.

I see the news coming so fast and hard, that the media has little time to regurgitate it all. And we do not accept any of it....actually like a snowball affect...we know how it is going to end....just not sure when.

Personally, I'm angry. I'm aware that the GOP is poised to kill us & take our stuff. I've accepted that we have a cabal of essentially would-be murderers who call themselves the US government, but I'm not resigned to ever let that happen. My own "acceptance" of what's really happening to us fuels my fight.
