that two thirds of voters had already voted. They can't change their vote even if they wanted.

I am trying to think positive and predict a Rob Quist win.

and I'm not thrilled with the nonDemocrats. I voted really early because there was only one choice and that is Rob Quist. If he loses, I may have to find another state to live in.
