Do you think Jared Kushner is taking his orders from Donald Trump?

Or was he hired to be a loose cannon?

Donald Trump is the one most inclined to resort to secrecy, in my opinion.

Do you believe that Jared Kushner made phone calls to the Russians without the knowledge of Donald J. Trump??

But we don't know why?

Who probably took advantage of his father-in-law's narcissism and ego to pursue his own interests.

Trump knew about the calls, but his state of mind leads me to believe the one pulling the strings may be Kushner.

I think they are both broke. They felt they had no option, so together this was the answer,

Really rich don't want to embarrass themselves by falling and crashing and burning. I bet it was son in laws idea, butter up the ole man but he believed it too. All our money problems will be solved never understanding they put their liberty up for hock.

This is the dumbest thing I ever have heard this country allow, and I've been around the block. The Republican Party should have never allowed this to happen.

1. I think Trump knew about this and it was his idea and in fact used Kushner to follow through because Trump always delegates and doesn't have the attention span to pull this off by himself. This is why Trump put Kushner so close to him as a Senior advisor and gave him all those responsibilities we've heard about.

2. I hope they don't try and get out of this whole mess by crying 'naivety'. Ignorance to the law is no excuse. But I can see them trying to wiggle out of this whole mess by using that excuse.

3. Trump - all his life - got out of messes by paying his way out - using his lawyers. He's the type that if he gets caught - like he did with Trump University - that he'd settle to avoid any consequences. I think Trump also thought that as president now he didn't think he could be touched on this or that as president he was above the law and he could do anything.

4. Pence, Manafort, Flynn, Page, Sessions, Guilani, Priebus - all are involved up to their necks in this whole Russian thingy.

5. I even go as far as implicating Ryan, McConnell, Nunes, Chaffetz have also been privy to this Russian thingy as well.

6. I still believe that the reason the Repugs always circle the wagons around Trump is that Trump has a lot of dirt on the Repug Party and he's told them - if he goes down he'll take the Party with him. If he doesn't have dirt on them - he'll make it up and still take them down with him.

7. Whatever happens to Trump and Company - the Repugs were right there with him this whole trip - from the primaries, to the run-up to the election, to the transition to the WH and now while Trump and the Repugs hold the WH. The Repugs must go down in this whole scandal right along with Trump.

The idiotic Trump crew got in too deep, too fast.

First, by colluding with the Russians, who they underestimated in a YUUUGE way. I don't think they had any idea of the danger they were putting themselves in, and are too self absorbed to consider the damage to the United States. My prediction: when the dominoes start falling, people are going to start disappearing and dying.

Second, they have no idea what institutional integrity means. I think they ASSumed that by having an all-Republican Congress, putting that buffoon Jeff Sessions in the AG seat and by firing Comey, the Russian investigation would simply go away.

I also think that at some point Flynn, if he stays alive, is going to sing like a bird.

I kind of hope Trump rats all of them out, Pence, Manafort, Flynn, Page, Sessions, Guilani, Priebus, Ryan, McConnell, Nunes, Chaffetz. Maybe he'll try to cut a deal for Jared. Or maybe not.

Trump also knew and approved the changing of the Repub platform to appease Russia. People who witnessed or were closely involved with platform change acknowledged that the change came from the top as a call with Trump Tower was involved, according to published reports revealed months ago. Trump and Kushner consistently sent messages to Russia that they would advance Russia's interests, certainly a quid pro quo and likely for some kind of financial benefits (such as cut of the Rosneft oil deal)

tRump is a control freak as well....Bannon, Prebius, Ivanka..all of the inner circle all believe they are safe under the powers of the Presidency....

I believe the Russian connection started several years ago with tRump then encompass the family...built a crime level network...

Not providing his taxes ...refusal to do so... that was a huge clue...much more than simple tRump arrogant behavior...but an obstruction.

1) Trump long, LONG ago got himself tangled up with Russia, and it was all reported at the time. His failing AC casino was hit by the feds for laundering money for Russian mobsters, TT has more Russian mobsters in it than cockroaches, they have been propping him up financially for decades ... Honestly, when he came down that elevator he was more aligned with Russia than the US.

2) So, he absolutely knew about and was active in the back and forth with Russia that involved his campaign. Maybe not every element, maybe not in the weeds, but he damn well knew enough.

3) Very common for super successful businessmen like himself, at his age, he knows he is slipping and he will let someone younger into his inner circle, test them out a bit at first, but at some point pretty much lean on them, give them their confidence and let them run. For him, it is his son in law.

4) SO, there are aspects of all of went on, not just with Kushner, but all of the never ending stream of scumbags with russian ties, that he knew what was going on, some aspects where they all were off the reservation a bit. His MO is operation chaos ...
