So there may be no actual crime in Jared trying to set up secret communications but...

a crime is not really what we need.
There's already enough material to impeach Trump many times over but the Repubs have to decide to do it.

Our goal must be to flip the opinion of enough Trump supporters that the GOP gets scared and impeaches him.
That's the only way we can get out of this mess.

Yes, Trumpets convicted of crimes would be nice but trials would take a long, long time. Probably years.
We can't wait that long.

All the scandals, illegal or not, have to be constantly publicized so Trump's reputation is destroyed among his supporters.

That's what we really need.

1. But it is a crime to omit the meeting from his paperwork requesting a security clearance.

Seems a bit of a stretch to claim that you forgot about a meeting with a Russian ambassador where you requested setting up secret communications with Russia.

This is evidence of an attempt to conceal communications of the very sort they have been shown to have "merely" failed to disclose. This establishes conspiracy.

the worse the backlash will be against them. They might never recover. And beyond that - after what they unleashed on this country - we shouldn't let them recover.

Not to mention, some people vote, but are too dumb to know who to vote for. That is a big problem. The Moron vote is strong my son. Some are now beginning to realize they were taken advantage of, but they're still Morons.

Because otherwise Trump supporters will readily dismiss the revelations and believe the Repub spin that there was nothing wrong with trying to establish better relations with Russia so the contacts were benign motive (Repubs are already spinning that Kissinger established a back channel for better communications with Russia, so everything was fine and dandy with Kushner doing that)
