LIVE NOW on Politics Done Right - It is time to cultivate and harvest the Trump voter

It is time to cultivate and harvest the Trump voter

Today's Topic:
The Trump voter is not yet abandoning Donald Trump in droves. It is decidedly a trickle. What I noticed is that many, when asked, say they do not follow the news. When Trump was wooing them it was all things, Trump. But now the few that get the real news are starting to see how their personal economies would be affected. This is an opportunity for Progressives to enter their sphere, gain some familiarity, and then effect change.

Many of us did this just after the election, just to preserve sanity.

Now Trump voters need to have something that gives them hope and a reason to care about what's going on. And that certainly isn't the Trump-Russia connection.

Dems need to hold up beacons of light for those Trump voters who are struggling to find hope. What Nancy Pelosi did (re: the minimum wage) is a great start. But we need more.

The devastating coverage of the treasonous administration needs to be coupled with hopeful stories of what it can be like when all this is over. The GOP is certainly not willing to diverge from Trump.

That leaves the path wide open for us!
