He hired Flynn after Obama told him not to..BECAUSE Obama told him not to!
He fired Comey because Comey is taller and better looking than he his.
He's not giving an decision on the Paris Accord because he likes the attention he's still getting from the G7 and the media by holding out...and it keeps the attention off Russia, Jared, Flynn, etc
hes an attention whore plain and simple.
