It's also grammatically correct (and yes, 'unprecedentedly' is a normal word; and it has more syllables than Trump would be comfortable with. It's more of a Dubya word if anything).

That quote was the official doing a bit of sucking up to Trump. We know Trump complains his officials aren't out there saying what a fucking Master of the Universe Trump is all day, so this one is just laying it on thick (and hoping Trump can work out which one said it). He knows Trump's lackeys scour news reports for favourable coverage of him, so this one should end up in front of Trump.
