From what I hear is is important. I am not a tech head so I can't explain but it sounds serious enough to me.

Sorry. It just takes the right couple of words, the right frame of mind, and several beers to trigger them damned synapses.

But anyway, yes it's legit, yes you all should do it, and yes it only takes a second or two. (And it doesn't hurt, which is always a plus in my book.)
