Griffin/Warren 2020 looking even less likely now

Josh Marshall? @joshtpm

Kathy Griffin's stupid photo was gross & offensive. She should lose her leadership role in the DNC and no longer be a candidate for office.

brian coggeshall? @BrianBcogz
griffin/warren 2020 is looking even less likely now.

That is not acceptable. There has to be a modicum for respect for the office of the President and the person holding the office (even if the person holding it does not do anything to deserve it)

The person who is subrogating respect for the office of POTUS is the current occupant. Kathy is just a commentator.

I stated quite unambiguously that the current occupant is an international laughingstock who has forfeited the respect of the office. Since Obama didn't do that, you're comparing apples to oranges.

And, they did do it to Obama. Lynching imagery and the like.

Your context is quite skewed.

One helps to continue to foster hatred toward a whole group of people while the other is a shitty stunt directed at a wealthy white man.

Yep, big difference.

Questioning the authenticity of citizen and president is not as bad as "pretend?"

This is where the pretense of ethics begins to jump the shark.

Conservatives and deplorables now think we're all violent thugs who want to see T decapitated.

FWIW, I couldn't give a flying fuck what they think about us, but if we're going to start winning elections and flipping districts, this is*NOT* the kind of image we need as a party right now, it will only alienate people.

If somebody refuses to vote for the Democratic Party because of her pic, then, I'm fairly sure they aren't a person we could work with. All this poutrage - it gets really old really quick.

Plus, I don't get why he drug his son into this Faux-cas - why is an eleven old child reading that type of tweet, or whatever it was, in the first place? EVERYTHING is NOT for children's consumption. It's why we have age appropriate restrictions at movies.

Does Trump really blast Fox into his living room 24/7? What kind of crap does he watch where his son would be exposed to something like that? Or does he have an unfiltered Twitter account? WTF?

more so that KG's pic.

Wasn't there something about a TV being installed in the Dining Room at the WH? It was blurbed (new word) in the story about how
everyone was served water instead of Diet Coke - the horrors! - and other tidbits being slung around.
