His vocabulary isn't much better than that of a golden retriever. I think what happened is he started to tweet about press *coverage* and something happened: A lawyer or Ivanka wrestled the phone away from him, or he dropped it in the toilet, or he was suddenly distracted by the offer of two scoops if ice cream.
