IT IS NOT HIS DECISION !!!!

IT IS NOT HIS DECISION !!!!!

The international climate agreement had been decided. It had been decided by leaders all over the world. It is a decision that had been decided by millions of people and it took many years to manifest. He is WAY OFF on having any sense of boundaries and where his position resides.

I am grieving for all of us and our stressed planet.

You M.... F..... er !!!!!! IT IS NOT YOUR DECISION !!!!!

the Paris Accords can be considered a treaty.

the Constitution is quite clear on this subject:

Article II, Section 2:
He (the President) shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;

2 things:

1) To my knowledge the Paris Accords has never been submitted to the Senate for ratification so it hasn't completed the the 2 part requirement.

2) If the President has the ability to make treaties, it is presumed that he has the ability to unmake treaties.

But, it isn't just 45, it is a a majority of this country that voted for him AND the asshole republican majority in congress.

People may say in polling that they care about climate change, but end of the day people speak loudest with their votes, and for a quarter century now, with a brief reprieve in 06 and 08, and reelecting BHO in 12, this country has pretty clearly voted people into congress and now the POTUS who have been very clear on their antagonism toward the collective effort to deal with climate change.

The important point here, is that he has no business meddling with a decision that had been made.
The bottom line is that he is vindictively going after any and all of Obama's work. Trump's agenda is to wipe-out any and all of what Obama did. What a horrible sequence of leadership that trump came after Obama.

He'd dedicate everything he had to ensuring we were a leader of it if only President Obama would make a public statement stating that he "agrees with Trump's decision, his own involvement in the Paris Accord was a huge mistake, and he thinks this is the best thing Trump has done to date is getting us out of that horrible agreement!."

Throw in a public statement by President Hillary Clinton also agreeing with him that exiting the agreement is a good move, Fuhrer Rumpus would double down all of our own commitments to it.

One wonders what goes on inside that pea brain of his. Is the repeated notification that he may withdraw just a ploy to get attention and change the subject? Is he under the control of Putin's oil company and other similar influences? Is he just trying to undo anything and everything Obama did? He said one time he loves a fight, any kind of a fight. Is he just trying to be obstinate? I have heard an experienced observer claim that Trump is developing Alzheimer's. And, of course, several observers see him as a sociopath. Whatever it is, his pea brain needs to be locked up.
