What happens if Trump and/or Congress go after states and cities supporting the Climate Alliance...?

...I mean, look at the sanctuary cities. We know what they really feel about "states rights". Imagine if Roe v Wade is reversed, and Congress adopts a national anti-abortion law...how do you think they'll deal with states who refuse to play along? You know how much the Right hates climate initiatives. Does it take much imagination to see them using the power of the Federal government to stop *any* state or locality from taking *any* climate action?

If it isn't explicitly listed as power for the Feds in the constitution, it is a power held by the states.

Just like they are trying to block sanctuary cities, LGBT ordinances and even plastic bag bans.
