I phone replacement

I had to replace my I phone 6 the speaker went out. So AT&T connects me with asurion there phone warranty people and asurion tells me I'll be billed a deductible I'm like hold on I did not break it if I did then I'd be cool paying deductible. It is defect in the phone either made on Monday or Friday by some abused Human working for Apple in there third world sweatshop So bill Apple I did not write the joke mam I told asurion rep I'm just telling it to you. Sir the phone in no longer under warranty I said I know that We got them last year for three I phone 6 upgrades two I phones 6 for are son and me a 6 plus for my wife , so the new phone arrives yesterday and it is not I phone 6 like I had it is the 6 plus. So I give it to My mother in law I gave it to her reason my work I need otter box and 6 plus is to big to be carrying around in pocket or on belt and I took her I phone 5 c I think it is 5 c she liked my wife's 6 plus. We got numbers changed so it's cool and my mother in law enjoys her new 6 plus because screen size. AT&T did give us 100$ credit to acct towards deductible of 112$ after I bitched threatens to walk four phones lines and direct tv I called cancelation department. So I'm still going to file complaint against AT&T and asurion with BBB, and state attorney general unbeilable customer for seven years and you have to fight with service provider.

AppleCare has been a godsend when it comes to my teenage daughter, who has a knack for cracking screens even in Otter Box cases!

were a total rip-off. I have recently been distressed to see Amazon push Asurion for nearly all their product extended warranties now. I have had some issues with Square Trade, but they have (eventually) come through (at least for me). You do have to read the fine print though..

I have had good luck with my iphones-- I keep them quite a while (still happy with my iphone 5s after a battery replacement) and I really rely on several of the apps I've purchased specific to my work, so switching to android is unlikely to happen anytime soon. But, as was mentioned earlier, I may go with applecare next time around when I do upgrade.

Hope you get things worked out. It is very frustrating, I know.
