So, 20 GOP House members who very publicly "care" about the environment.
Of that total, 3 said Trump screwed up, three said Trump screwed up but it was really Obama's fault, one said it was all Obama's fault, one whined about the agreement, and 12 said nothing. Nothing at all. They couldn't even find 140 characters within themselves.
Oh, and these are the "green" Republicans, remember that.

To ignorant to know that what Obama did in agreeing with the Paris Accord was legal because it's unlike a normal treaty that would fall under Senate super majority approval. Obama's actions on it were already given under a treaty that was legally signed and ratified by the senate in 1992 under GHWB.
