Trump was never any clever deal maker & now he has screwed himself into a corner he can't get out of

Anyone with a functioning brain knows that Trump made "deals" by screwing over less fortunate people who didn't have the resources to stand up to him, other than to sue his sorry ass for ruining their lives.

However, Trump is no longer dealing with "little" people who he can push around and fuck over. Now he is dealing with the likes of the FBI, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Eliazbeth Warren, Al Franken, John Kerry, the mayor of Pittsburgh, Rachel Maddow, Angela Merkel, Dan Rather, et al, even the late night talk show hosts, along with the likes of enthusiastic Democrats across the entire country including everyone on DU, none of whom will let this crooked liar get away with any of his bullshit or bullying. The people who Trump is up against today are not the same people who he pushed around all his life prior to 2017.

So, yes it's true that Trump is not, and never was, some clever deal maker. He will go down in history as nothing more than a corrupt lying bully, a piece of shit who took advantage of anyone he could, and arguably the most disgusting person currently walking this planet. The mere sight of him is enough to make anyone, other than his ignorant supporters, literally get sick to their stomachs.

And not everything is.

His saying he'll "renegotiate" the Paris accords displays that fundamental misunderstanding.

That's why I was really disappointed with Hillary during the debates when she brought up just one person (let's call him Joe) who was stiffed by tRUMP and he said that he didn't like the work done so he didn't pay. And then Hillary just dropped the subject! I thought she was going to say how there are so many Joes out there that were stiffed by him...that it wasn't just one person's work that he didn't like...that there were so many people that didn't get paid and that tRUMP couldn't have disliked the work of that many people, but no...she just dropped the whole thing!

She would have been outstanding against any of the other dufasses running in the GOP primary. She had all the facts on her side and she's probably been in quite a few debates in her life including her schooling years. But Trump is a different animal. He only plays by one set of rules, the ones he makes up himself that serve himself.

She seemed particularly unprepared for any email questions. When he attacked her for destroying 30,000 emails, her response was to quickly and transparently pivot wearing a guilty face. I wanted her to immediately interrupt him and raise her voice and demand to know what was in the thousands of emails he destroyed illegally when judges ordered him to produce them in the many cases filed against him. http://www.newsweek.com/2016/11/11/donald-trump-companies-destroyed-emails-documents-515120.html Have a counter attack to every possible attack by him.

But she would have had to come out of her own character. Frankly, she looked like a deer in headlights a lot of the time. She won the first debate handily, but when Trump became more aggressive and truth challenged in the final two, she just continued on with the pasted smile and scripted answers instead of fighting back, at least enough. Unfortunately she is no Elizabeth Warren, who I think would have been the one to have given Trump the most trouble at the debates.

Here's hoping reality will be shown, it will be proven that he personally colluded with Russia and that they illegally stole the election. Then Dems win the House and Senate and impeach his lying rotten horrid mean ugly in every way ass. Since proof will have been shown that Sessions, Pence, Ryan and McTurtle also were part of his treacherous illegal collusion, they are all thrown out of office. That would leave Hatch as president but with little power to continue screwing over the US and the world.

10. The reality

The blog is 100% correct in defining Trump, but I believe people need to understand that Trump is not the real problem, he is a decoy, the real problem are the people behind him, those people are smart and evil, and while Trump is making noise and having people make jokes about his twitts, and his words (covfefe, etc.) the gang is screwing everything in the background.

I wish more visibility was made to the gang and not Trump. Trump is like a rubber duck in a pond and behind the bushes are the 'hunters' the real killers, while he floats and gets the attention of the flying ducks, the killers get their guns ready and shoot.

Trump is a symptom of the disease in this country perpetrated by Republicans and their right-wing zealots who have helped create the greatest divide between the haves and have nots that we've ever seen. That level of wealth inequality does not lead to gowth and long-term health for an economy. The 1% already hold the lion's share of wealth in this country, yet the Republicans still want to cut taxes for them. Trump is merely their useful idiot who keeps attention away from the negative policies they are pursuing.

They are the people behind his damning the US in the eyes of the world. Or are you saying he's a tool of the 1%ers? He's doing the 1%ers lots of favors, but all of those help him personally. I don't think he's doing this at their behest, but for his own profit. I really think that the anti-democracy forces in Russia, aka Putin, is the person pulling the strings. Get rid of Drumpf, Ryan, Session & McTurtle and and their tools are destroyed.

is steadily diminishing.
That goes for the senators also who have to go up for re-election. Too bad they don't all get it at once like the house does, but the system like this adds stability to the senate which is needed but still can be changed out of need be.

totaling millions more can plaster their name on the front of a building and call themselves a 'successful' business man.

This is a craven, self-absorbed man (for lack of a better term) that begs to go down in flames.
