I am a single mother starting my doctorate, the Greed Over Principles can party can kiss my ass. They won't drive women out of the workforce. The majority of married couples live in 2 income households.

If companies can get the same or better productivity and can pay less when they hire women, women would get all the jobs. Just like "those" people.

4. You Can't Keep Consumer Driven Economy Going

on only one salary these days. When I started working I had two jobs for years because my starting salary was not so good (and I had a MS). My wife was the primary earner for about half of our current 25-year marriage. Imagine how the economy would tank if half the workforce "retired" to a 1920s lifestyle, if that one-income provider right-wing fantasy ever existed.
