These massive population states will determine if auto makers can sell gas hogs or not. Shifting to electric will be the only way for car companies to continue if the alliance has the balls to really put their money where their mouths are.

Bravo to my state, The commonwealth of Massachusetts. If Baker continues acting like a democrat in his opposition to Trump's way he will be hard to replace with a Democrat, but so be if it brings the state along on these core issues: Environment, Healthcare and LGBT and Women's rights.

he accomplished what he set out to achieve? That being save the U.S. Government and the taxpayers great amounts of money and turning over the business of combating climate change to the Corporations and the States.

I can see him trying to make lemonade out of the lemon he created for the United States by snubbing the rest of the world and turning the United States into a global pariah.
