Here's just one of many sources. This one has the mayor of Pittsburgh replying they're with Paris...
https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2017/6/1/15726656/pittsburgh-mayor-trump-paris
"In his speech announcing that the US would be withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement, President Trump framed the action as an act of solidarity with the Rust Belt voters who helped deliver him the presidency. "I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris," he said."

Who is he telling "We'll always have Pittsburgh" to? In the movie, Rick had had an affair with Ilsa and is sending her off to safety as a noble gesture. I GET that. In this cartoon, who is Ilsa supposed to be representing?

A mocking of Trump's words than a direct comparison to Rick. I don't think Trump has a truly noble bone in his body do you?

I thought maybe I was missing something & someone could point it out. But this cartoon has no point. Thanks anyway.
